By using Chelsea Marshall Photo Co. services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our website and services.

2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your session. Final payments are due prior to the session. Cancellations within 2 days of the session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Any changes to the payment schedule must be agreed upon in advance.

3. Session Details & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule with 48 hours' notice. Fees may apply for rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.

4. Copyright & Image Usage
All images are the property of Chelsea Marshall Photo Co. Clients are granted a personal-use license, with commercial use requiring written consent.

5. Liability
Chelsea Marshall Photo Co. is not liable for damages, loss of images, or personal injury during the session.

6. Limitation of Liability
In case of image loss, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee. We’re not responsible for third-party errors.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by michigan's laws. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction.
